Bob Lazar
Whistleblower
Bob Lazar first came forward in 1989 claiming he had worked at a facility called S-4 near Area 51, where he said the U.S. government was reverse-engineering extraterrestrial spacecraft. Lazar described the crafts' propulsion as using element 115 (moscovium), which was not synthesized until 2003. His employment claims at Los Alamos were partially corroborated by a phone directory listing and a Los Alamos Monitor news article, though his educational credentials remain disputed. Lazar's story has remained consistent for over 30 years.
1 connectionChris Mellon
Politicians & Government
Christopher Mellon is a former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence who played a pivotal role in bringing UAP evidence to public and congressional attention. Mellon facilitated the release of the three Navy UAP videos to the New York Times and joined TTSA as an advisor. He has written extensively about the national security implications of UAP and has advocated for improved reporting mechanisms and congressional oversight. Mellon comes from a prominent political family (the Mellon banking dynasty) and his government credentials have lent credibility to the UAP issue.
2 connectionsChuck Schumer
Politicians & Government
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer introduced the UAP Disclosure Act of 2023 as an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The legislation, modeled on the JFK Assassination Records Collection Act, would have created a review board with eminent domain authority over any recovered UAP materials, required government agencies to turn over all UAP records, and established a 25-year timeline for full public disclosure. While the most ambitious provisions were stripped in conference committee, a watered-down version was included in the final NDAA.

David Fravor
Military
Commander David Fravor is a retired U.S. Navy pilot who was involved in the famous 2004 USS Nimitz "Tic Tac" encounter off the coast of San Diego. Fravor and his wingman Lieutenant Commander Alex Dietrich observed a white, oval-shaped object approximately 40 feet long that demonstrated extraordinary flight capabilities — rapid acceleration, instantaneous direction changes, and no visible propulsion. The encounter was captured on the Navy's FLIR (Forward Looking Infrared) system. Fravor testified before Congress in 2023.

David Grusch
Whistleblower
David Grusch is a former U.S. intelligence officer and combat veteran who served as the National Reconnaissance Office's representative to the UAP Task Force. In June 2023, he went public with allegations that the U.S. government possesses recovered non-human craft and biological materials, and that this information has been illegally withheld from Congress. Grusch filed a formal whistleblower complaint with the Intelligence Community Inspector General, who found his claims "credible and urgent." He testified before Congress in July 2023.
4 connectionsHarry Reid
Politicians & Government
The late Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) was instrumental in securing the initial $22 million in funding for AATIP in 2007, working with senators Ted Stevens and Daniel Inouye. Reid maintained until his death in 2021 that the government possessed UAP crash materials and that the program he funded had produced significant findings. He called the Pentagon's handling of the UAP issue "one of the greatest cover-ups in the history of our country."
1 connectionKirsten Gillibrand
Politicians & Government
Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) authored the amendment to the FY2022 NDAA that created the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) within the Department of Defense. She has been a persistent advocate for scientific study of UAP and government transparency, pushing for adequate funding and staffing of AARO and holding Pentagon officials accountable for their UAP reporting obligations.
1 connectionLuis Elizondo
Whistleblower
Luis "Lue" Elizondo is a former U.S. Army counterintelligence officer who ran the Pentagon's Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) from 2010 to 2017. He resigned from the Department of Defense in protest, stating in his resignation letter that the government was not taking the UAP issue seriously. Elizondo joined To The Stars Academy and helped facilitate the release of declassified Navy UAP videos to the New York Times. He has stated that UAP represent a legitimate national security concern and that the government possesses material evidence.
3 connectionsMarco Rubio
Politicians & Government
Senator Marco Rubio, as Vice Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, has been one of the most outspoken Republican advocates for UAP transparency. He helped mandate the creation of the UAP Task Force and later AARO through intelligence authorization acts. In 2023, Rubio stated publicly that multiple individuals with "very high clearances and high positions within our government" had come forward to his office with firsthand UAP claims, corroborating aspects of Grusch's allegations.
2 connections
Ryan Graves
Military
Ryan Graves is a former U.S. Navy F/A-18F Super Hornet pilot who reported frequent UAP encounters during training exercises off the East Coast of the United States from 2014 to 2015. He described objects that appeared on radar and infrared sensors, demonstrating flight characteristics beyond known technology. Graves testified before Congress in July 2023 alongside David Grusch and David Fravor. He founded Americans for Safe Aerospace, an organization advocating for pilots to safely report UAP encounters.
2 connections
Sean Kirkpatrick
Politicians & Government
Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick was the first director of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), serving from its creation in 2022 until his departure in December 2023. Under his leadership, AARO released a historical review that found no verifiable evidence of government UAP reverse-engineering programs — a finding disputed by Grusch and other whistleblowers. Kirkpatrick faced criticism from Congress and UAP advocates for what they perceived as dismissiveness toward whistleblower claims. After departing, he wrote an op-ed criticizing congressional UAP efforts as being influenced by "conspiracy theorists."
2 connectionsTim Burchett
Politicians & Government
Representative Tim Burchett (R-TN) has been one of the most vocal members of Congress on UAP transparency. He helped organize the July 2023 House Oversight subcommittee hearing that featured testimony from David Grusch, Ryan Graves, and David Fravor. Burchett has publicly accused the Department of Defense of obstructing congressional oversight on UAP matters and has called for full disclosure of government UAP programs.
